We offer $8 USPS ground shipping and
FREE USPS ground shipping on orders
over $100 shipping within the continental U.S.
Free shipping and $8 shipping does not apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or gift card prize winners. Please contact us if you would like something shipped outside of the continental US. You will be charged the current shipping rate. Unfortunately, we do not ship out of the country.

Orders are not shipped until credit card information has been received and approved.
Please allow 24-48 hrs for your order to be processed. Please be aware that we do not ship on the weekends.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to a address error on the customer's part.
There is a $20 charge on packages that have been returned or refused.
Lost package policy- Transfer of liability from the sender to the receiver occurs when the status of the package is marked “Delivered” or “Notice Left”. If the buyer has not received the package please ask your neighbors, family, mail person. Also, all packages are shipped with tracking so you may call the delivery service to get more information. Unfortunately, katwalk is not responsible for lost packages once it is shown as delivered.
Pick Up in Store
We offer pick up in store. Please select pick up in store when checking out. We will have your order packed in a katwalk bag unless you request otherwise. You will be sent a notification when you purchase is ready.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please follow the instructions below to receive website credit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns on any items (except for final sale items) within 10 days of receipt. Please do not send your item without an Return Authorization Number. To obtain your return authorization number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: RETURN. You must contact us by the 10th day after you received your order to be eligible for a exchange. Item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tags attached. This includes no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup, no deodorant stains. Item must be in ORIGINAL condition. Shoes will only be accepted if received in their original, undamaged shoe box. Items not meeting the above conditions will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not credit shipping costs. Items returned that received free shipping will be credited the amount of the item (plus sales tax if applicable) minus a $8.00 restocking cost in the form of a store credit. The store credit may be used at any time and does not expire. The store credit may be used in store, but please contact us before to convert to in store credit.
We strongly suggest sending your return package with a tracking number and insurance. katwalk is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items that are shipped to us by the customer.

If we provide you with a return label, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your items, you will be issued a gift card or an electronic gift card. Electronic gift cards can not be used in store unless arrangements have been made prior to your shopping. Gift cards and store credits never expire.
All sales are FINAL on intimates, jewelry, accessories, and gift certificates.
Purchases made online may be returned in store with a copy of their original order and within the time frame of 10 days after receiving.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not reimbursed.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a small store and we do not stock large quantities of styles, that’s what makes us unique to other large online retailers. Often we sell out of items in our store and they become unavailable online. We ask that you you be understanding when this happens.
